All Sweet Treats: Shipping & Local Pickup Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all shipped or locally picked-up baked goods, including cake jars, brownies, cookies, and other handmade treats. Please read carefully before placing an order. By purchasing, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of perishable items, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued once your order has been processed or shipped. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms, whether or not you read them in full.
2. Reporting Issues — 12 Hour Window
If something is wrong with your package, you must notify us within 12 hours of the delivery timestamp.
3. Refunds & Resolutions
We always aim to make things right. If a mistake is made on our end, your order can be remade and re-shipped, but no refunds will be issued.
In rare cases where a refund is offered due to a unique situation, it will also mark the final transaction between the customer and All Sweet Treats. Future orders will not be accepted.
4. Shipping & Insurance
Every package is insured. If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, you must file a claim with UPS directly. Insurance is already included in your shipping cost.
We take extreme care in packaging, using bubble wrap, ice packs, and protective materials to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
5. Product Expectations
Our treats are designed to be soft, rich, and gooey in the center — especially brownies and cake jars. These are fully baked and intentionally moist.
Texture preferences or “underbaked” claims will not be honored unless there is visible spoilage or packaging error reported within 12 hours of delivery.
6. Local Pickup Policy
Local pickups are only available for custom orders, not treat drops. If you are located in Texas, you must place a shipped order for any drops.
If we agree on a pickup time for a custom order, that time must be honored. We will not wait extended periods beyond the scheduled window. Please do not schedule a time you cannot commit to.
7. Custom Order Requirements
All custom cakes or cupcakes must be placed at least three weeks in advance. We do not accept rush orders or last-minute requests.
If you need a dessert for an event within 1–7 days, we are likely not the right bakery for you. No rush fees will be accepted.
8. Design Policy
We do not copy or replicate other bakers’ work. You are welcome to choose a design from our website or social media page, but we respect originality and do not duplicate photos you found elsewhere.
We also do not offer heart-shaped cakes. We specialize in cupcakes and smaller treats that are ideal for dessert tables and party spreads.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms. We maintain full documentation of all purchases, including:
Chargebacks filed without valid cause will be challenged.

I’m not accepting any treat orders at this time while I prepare for the next Treat Drop, opening May 16th.
Details on what will be included will be shared closer to the date — I appreciate your patience as I make sure everything is done with care and not in a rush.
