These policies help me maintain the quality, efficiency, and care that goes into every order.
📌 All Sales Are Final
Every order is made fresh with love and care. Because of this, all sales are final, and I am unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
📦 Shipping & Order Processing
• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (weekends are not included).
• Shipping Carriers: I ship using UPS and USPS, and every package is insured to protect against loss or damage.
• Tracking Updates: You will receive two emails:
1️⃣ Order Confirmation – Sent immediately after your purchase.
2️⃣ Shipping Confirmation – Includes tracking details once your order is on the way.
• No Additional Updates Needed: Once your order is confirmed, it is being processed. If you’ve received your confirmation emails, rest assured your order is on track.
• If you need your treats by a specific date, please reach out before ordering to confirm availability.
📍 Local Pickup Orders (Carrollton, TX)
• Pickup times are scheduled and sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Please be on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided, but after that, a $15 late fee will be applied.
• If you need flexibility, shipping is always an option, even for local customers.
🚫 No Personal Deliveries: While I do not personally deliver, Uber Package Delivery Services is available for those who prefer a delivery option (fees apply and are the customer’s responsibility).
🚀 Order Issues & Reporting Guidelines
I take great pride in the quality of my treats, and I want you to be happy with your order! If there are any issues, here’s how to handle them:
• Every package is insured. If there is a shipping issue (delays, damage, loss), please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they are responsible once the package leaves my hands.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
• If something is wrong with your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Photos are required – This allows me to assess the situation and determine the best resolution.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be honored.
I appreciate honesty when reporting an issue. My goal is to provide a great experience for every customer, but I also have policies in place to protect my business from misuse. Thank you for understanding!
🚨 Chargeback Fraud Prevention:
If a chargeback is filed outside of these terms, I will submit full documentation of your order, including tracking details and policies. Please only order if you are comfortable with these terms.
🎂 Custom Orders & Large Event Orders
• Large orders (2 dozen+ cookies or cakes) require at least 14 days’ notice.
• Rush Orders: Need a custom cake in less than 7 days? A $45 rush fee applies (only available for large event cakes).
🚫 No Copying Other Bakers’ Work
I do not replicate cakes or designs from other bakers. While inspiration photos can be used as a reference, your order will be created uniquely to match my style.
📌 Care Instructions & Responsibility
• Care instructions are included in your package to ensure freshness.
• If you misplace them, please check your email, as digital copies are also sent.
• Once your order arrives, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility.

• Orders may be placed any time, but responses to inquiries will be handled during business hours.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please take your time when ordering to ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Every order is packed with care, and all packages are insured. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A clear, time-stamped photo of the issue must be provided. If the package is damaged during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. Since every order is insured, you will be able to file a claim directly with UPS or USPS for reimbursement.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the package is returned, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details, including full name, email, phone number, apartment numbers, or gate codes, are correct before placing an order.
Chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously. If a chargeback is attempted without prior communication, all order details, tracking information, Terms & Conditions, and proof of delivery will be submitted to your bank. Small businesses have the time and documentation to dispute fraudulent claims successfully.
If there are any concerns regarding your order, it is important to reach out within 24 hours of receiving your package. No exceptions will be made after this timeframe.
